When you set your lightning advisory and warning ranges and All Clear time, the settings are used in Lightning Manager and for your alerts. Range rings, if displayed in the layered map, also depict the ranges that are set.
To set your lightning alert criteria:
- Click the Settings menu button
- Select the Alerts Menu option
- Click the Alert Criteria submenu
- Select a location
- Click the Settings link for your Lightning Alert
- Set your Warning, Caution and Advisory Ranges and your All Clear Time (these settings will be used in your Lightning Manager as well)
- Enable the Lightning Alert and the All Clear option
- Save your updates
